Random Wine Co. Winemaker Dinner
Winemaker/owner Beau Carufel of Random Wine Company and chef Bill Wallender will partner together for four courses of Portland’s best seasonal and local cuisine paired with unique non-Pinot Noir wine blends on Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 including gratuity, food and wine pairings.
“Showcasing Beau’s blends gives diners a great opportunity to taste wine from one of Oregon’s smaller producers,” said Chris Cooper, wine manager at Quaintrelle. “Plus, Beau is going beyond the popular Pinot Noir varietal and creating unique and complex blends with grapes such as Syrah/Viognier and Grenache Blanc/Marsanne.”
