Valentine's Day Dinner with Trellis
Join us for a special night of food and wine crafted and curated by Adam Ruplinger and Timothy Nishimoto from Trellis Dinners. Ruby will host a limited number of guests for an extraordinary five-course tasting menu, each dish skillfully paired with a mix of Ruby's Pinots, Chardonnay and dessert wine. Make a romantic country weekend of it, book a B&B, visit other Willamette Valley wineries, and join us for dinner! Arrival time is 7PM, with a welcome glass and hors d'oeuvres, followed by the sit-down dinner at 7:30PM. Maximum 12 guests/night.
