Remember This Evening

Wines from the Willamette, Umpqua and Applegate valleys will be matched with dishes prepared by Rogue Valley restaurants at an almost all-Oregon dinner to be held March 12 at Ashland’s Lithia Springs Resort. Tickets to the intimate event, called “Wine, Dine and Dessert,” cost $70 and include a day of wine seminars, winery tours and tastings.

The winemakers and chefs working together to present six courses are Willamette Valley Vineyards with Tease Restaurant; Brandborg Vineyard and Winery with Beasy’s On the Creek restaurant; and King Estate with Chateaulin Restaurant.

The Moore family of South Stage Cellars will host a pre-dinner reception. Slagle Creek wines from the Applegate will also be served as well as desserts from Branson’s Chocolates, Zorba’s Chocolate and Four & Twenty Blackbirds.

Weekend packages for March 11–13 cost $444 for two and are limited to 27 couples.
