Winemaker Dinner with Bluehour Portland
Dine with Bethel Heights Winemaker Ben Casteel over a five course meal prepared by Chef Kyo Koo at Blue Hour in Portland's famous Pearl District. Bluehour, named "Portland's Most Exciting Restaurant" by Gourmet Magazine combines locally-sourced ingredients with five-star service to create a dining experience that is truly elegant. Ben will be bringing cherished wines from our Library alongside current selections including many of the highly-rated 2012 pinot noirs and will walk you through the pairing with each course.
