Chef Dario Pisoni has created a five-course dinner, prepared from scratch and thoughtfully paired with Natalie’s Estate wines handcrafted by winemaker Boyd Teegarden. From Barbera and Sangiovese to Meritage and Sauvignon Blanc, each pairing complements the flavors of the evening.
