Wine and Fondue Valentines at Illahe Vineyards
We are bringing back the 70’s this Valentines weekend by digging out our most romantic records and serving fondue. Chef Justin Neidermeyer, former chef of Spinasse restaurant in Seattle, will be creating fondues to pair with the new release of our limited, 2011 Bon Sauvage Pinot Noir, Reserve Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Grüner Veltliner.
