Upper Rogue Wine Trail Harvest Celebration
Join us for a Celebration for the Harvest! Meet our winemaker, Scott Steingraber, and examine his process of Testing for Ripeness. Look through the refractometer and see for yourself what the Brix reading is (a test for sugars in the developing grape). Enjoy the festivities on the harvest, enjoy winetasting or enjoy a glass on the patio.
We'll have our wood fired pizza oven fired up and ready with some new fall selections. HAPPY HARVEST!
