UCC Director of Theatre, Christina Allaback, and UCC Director of Music, Jason Heald, collaborate in a community production of the musical Tick, Tick…Boom! By Jonathan Larson, the creator of Rent. Based on Larson’s real life, protagonist Jon is a “promising young composer” who feels increasing anxiety as he approaches his thirtieth birthday in the year 1990. He hasn’t written a hit musical yet! Should he continue following his dream or should he sell out like his friends and take a corporate, desk job. Come find out in this rock opera performed as a drive-in at the Delfino Vineyards and Winery. This musical does contain profane and sexual language.

$20 a car

Since it is imperative that we follow the COVID-19 guidelines, we will maintain a 6' distance from other cars by having parking spaces mapped out for you. We will have an outside washing station, as well as sanitized portable bathrooms. It is important that you bring a MASK, which must be worn at all times when walking around outside of your car. A mask is not required while eating or drinking.

Wine, beer & water will be available for purchase.

Please don’t hesitate to bring chairs – you may want to sit in front of your car or even on your car – as long as a 6’ distance is maintained!
