Sip & Savor: Taste & Influence Roundtable
Introducing Sip & Savor: A Community Tasting Experience Series. Launching January 10 and marking the first-ever weekend of its kind at Brooks. This celebration kicks off a year-long series bringing together guest producers, chefs, wellness leaders, lifestyle influencers, athletes, and sommeliers, to explore how beverage culture is evolving to welcome everyone at the table through the world of non-alcoholic wines, spirits, beers, teas, and cocktails and more. Each experience is $30 and includes welcome taste of NA wine, inclusion in intimate round table discussion with industry leaders and immersive tasting stations before or after.
A roundtable with chefs, sommeliers, bartenders, and cultural tastemakers examining how taste is shaped- and how mindful drinking is influencing hospitality, creativity, and culture.
