Only 10% of Burgundy’s vineyard land is classified at the Premier Cru (1er Cru) level – this is the good stuff! With Grand Cru pricing now out of the reach of most wine drinkers – the top 1er Crus offer a sublime drinking experience that can frequently surpass the Grand Crus, often at a fraction of the price.

This is a flight you absolutely won’t want to miss: 2010 Chassagne-Montrachet en Remilly 1er Cru from Buisson-Charles, 2011 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru from J-J Confuron, 2011 Beaune Clos des Mouches 1er Cru from Thierry Violot-Guillemard, and the 2011 Pommard Epenots 1er Cru from Violot-Guillemard. We're open for tasting & sales every Friday night from 5-8p at Scott Paul PDX, our urban loft wine space in NW Portland. The tasting flight will change weekly – see our EVENTS page for the latest info. All current-release Scott Paul wines will be in stock for retail sales, as well as a healthy array of your favorite Burgundies and Champagnes from our portfolio. Tasting Fee varies depending on the weekly flight or special event.
