This weekend, August 17 & 18, Phelps Creek Vineyards in Hood River celebrates Oregon’s “other” Pinot – Pinot Gris. Pinto Gris is Oregon’s second most planted variety of grape after the famous Pinot Noir. Phelps Creek is featuring the 2010 Phelps Creek Pinot Gris and the 2009 Vin de Glace, their “faux” ice wine. Food pairings will also be provided. Enjoy 20% case discounts on Pinot Gris this weekend.
The Phelps Creek Vineyards Tasting Room is located adjacent to the pro shop at the Hood River Golf Club, 1850 Country Club Rd. Hours are 11-5, 7 days a week.
