New Winery Grand Opening

Our innovative new winemaking space is a first of its kind, sustainably focused, adaptive reuse project. While remodeling our pole barn, we took special care to create a space that is focused on workplace health, safety, and environmental stewardship. The project became an incubator for a new carbon negative concrete (the Drabkin-Mead formulation) that has the potential to transform the construction industry. Floor to roof, we've reduced, reused and recycled while keeping equity as our priority and subsequent sustainability initiatives in mind. Welcome to the future (of Remy Wines).
