Join Brooks' Biodynamic Estate Gardener, Shannon Mayhew, to celebrate spring and learn how to use plants medicinally (bring mom for Mother’s Day!). Make elderflower cordial and other spring tonics to take home, along with herbs from the Brooks Garden. Wine and snacks from the garden are included.
