OTIS is an all original Rock Band, (blues based) kinda Kwirky at times. They are still working on lyrics but decided to climb out of the basement and let people hear what they are doing. So they have been playing some open Mics around Portland. OTIS doesn't do covers, there are so many people out there already doing that. So if your looking for some fresh new music come out and hear us play!
