Johan Vineyards Memorial Weekend Event

Celebrate Memorial Day weekend in the beautiful Willamette Valley at Johan Vineyards. Our small, family-owned, Biodynamic® winer y consists of over 60 acres of vines with a beautiful view of the surrou nding landscape. We’ll be pouring a few new releases from 2014, focusi ng on a brand new sparkling rose made in the “method ancestral” style. This wine is a bit different from most sparkling wines, as it is bottl ed right before the fermentation is complete. The result is a fresh and fruity rose made of pinot noir grapes that has soft, flavorful bubbles and a long finish.


In additional to the new releases, light food will be on hand and our owner has prepared a special treat for everyone attending. We’re going to offer barrel samples of a few of our wines, and both our owner and winemaker will be on hand to discuss the wines an d answer any questions about our history, vineyard, and winemaking pro cess. The event will run Saturday and Sunday, May 23rd and 24th from 1 1am until 5pm. We look forward to seeing you here to kick-start the sum mer!
