Chef Dinner Series: Dom Crisp

On May 17th, we’re hosting an intimate chef’s table dinner at the Estate with Chef Dominique Crisp: an Oregon native, son of one of our longtime growers (Dai Crisp of Temperance Hill Vineyard) and an incredibly talented chef about to open Dom’s Taverna in Santa Barbara - previously of Silverlake’s Lonely Oyster and Pasadena’s Saso.

Dom’s cooking is soulful, seasonal, and deeply rooted in the land, literally. He grew up on his family’s vineyard in Wren, Oregon and brings that same farm-first spirit into every dish he creates. This is a rare chance to experience his food in the place that shaped him, with wine pairings from us to match. It’s going to be a memorable night.
