Chamber Music Amici

Chamber Music Amici returns for their 3rd performance at MarshAnne Landing. CMA is one of the premiere chamber ensembles in the Pacific Northwest. Their excellence cannot be overstated. Their performance will include the Brahms Clarinet Quintet, the Milhaud Clarinet Trio and a Mozart Piano Violin Sonata. Cellist Jed Barahal, visiting from Portugal, will be joined by clarinetist Jerome Simas formerly of the San Francisco Symphony and now professor of clarinet at the U of O. Victor Steinhardt, who taught piano at U of O for 30 years and is now Professor Emeritus will dazzle with his amazing keyboard artistry. The rest of the ensemble includes Sharon Shuman and Pilar Bradshaw on violin and Holland Phillips on viola.
