Beaujolais Nouveau
Guests at the Portland festival will enjoy Beaujolais Nouveau brought in from French vineyards like Georges Duboeuf and Joseph Drouhin and select wines from Terroirs Originels. Oregon and Washington wineries, including WillaKenzie Estate Winery and Pacific Rim Winemakers, are also participating. Guests will sample Hardy cognacs, Pernod absinthe and European-style Virtue Cider. The tastings will be complemented by a buffet featuring Sylvie grass-fed beef, roast pig, lamb, charcuterie, cheese and desserts. New this year, the evening’s celebration will be ushered by a master of ceremonies, an honor bestowed on Sally Ramirez of KGW News Channel 8. Live music, games, and raffles will also be featured throughout the evening.
