At-Home Tasting Menu & Wine Pairing
Chef Vince Nguyen of Berlu has collaborated with Jackalope Wine Cellars & Indie Wineries Oregon to offer an at-home tasting menu for Sat., Sept. 26. Wine pairings feature three individually packaged glass pours; all proceeds from wine sales benefit PCUN’s Farmworker Emergency Fund. The multicourse tasting menu, sourced from local farms using seasonal ingredients, is gluten- and dairy-free and offers a thoughtful perspective of the Pacific Northwest.
Cost:
Tasting menu (dinner): $85 for two
Tasting menu (dinner) including delivery: $93 for two
Wine pairings: $35 per person
