Join Chef Zack Ehrlich and David Nemarnik, Proprietor and Vineyard Manager of Alloro Winery, for a collaborative evening at Anthology, the 10-course destination dining experience at The Grange at Dundee Hills. Set on the storied Four Graces vineyard with the Dundee Hills as a backdrop, the evening pairs seasonal courses from local farmers and ranchers with estate wines from Alloro’s sustainably farmed Chehalem Mountains vineyard.
