Fruit Loop Scoop

Over the years, the Hood River County Fruit Loop’s world-famous fruit orchards have been joined by a growing number of vineyards and wineries. The grapes and wines are proving to be just as award winning as the area’s legendary tree fruit - with some of the apples, pears and cherries making it into the bottle as well.

In celebration of the area’s growing diversity, the fourth annual Fruit Loop Wine Celebration will commence June 18–19.

Guests are invited to meet the winemakers, discuss the process and taste their best. At vineyards, wineries and tasting rooms, attendees will also enjoy stunning scenery, special pricing and tasty treats.

Key stops along the Fruit Loop include: Hood River Vineyards, The Gorge White House, Mt. Hood Winery, Wy’East Vineyards, Pheasant Valley Winery, Viento, Marchesi Vineyards, Phelps Creek Vineyards, Cathedral Ridge Winery and more, including alpaca farms, lavender gardens, U-pick orchards, specialty farm stands and stores and a number of nurseries.

Most farms and attractions along the Fruit Loop are open daily, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - most wineries open at 11 a.m.
