Vineyard Tour of Élevée Winegrowers
The Carlton Winemakers Studio’s February Winery of the Month will host a pruning demonstration at this stunning 4.5 acre narrow-spaced vineyard in the famed “Red Hills of Dundee”. Hosts and co-owners of Élevée Winegrowers—Tom and France Fitzpatrick—will explain the art of vine pruning. After, join Tom and France for a cup of hot chocolate around the fire, while taking in the amazing view of Élevée and the surrounding vineyards. Please join us for this complimentary event.
