Thanksgiving Weekend

Please join us for an exclusive seated tasting at Fairsing Vineyard featuring our newly-released 2014 Sullivan Pinot Noir and our 2014 Dardis Pinot Noir. Additional selections include four of our estate-grown Pinot Noirs. Chef Rebecca Clark will pair our wines with warm rosemary nuts, bleu cheese shortbread with mango chutney, crostini and pate, roasted beet arancini, stuffed mushrooms and dark chocolate brownies.

Reservations required and please allow 1 hour for the tasting. Due to the intimacy of our seated tasting please no children or dogs. Our wine club members and 2 guests may attend at no charge.

Book early and save. Seated tasting fee $25 per person now through November 18 and $30 November 19- 27. Additional $15 charge for shared tastings due to food pairings. One tasting fee waived per two bottle purchase.
