Come celebrate the completion of 2016’s olive milling at Oregon Olive Mills’s 8th annual Olio Nuovo Festival! This is your first chance to taste and purchase this season’s fresh, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil! Fresh Olio Nuovo is paired with seasonal appetizers and Durant Vineyards estate wines. Join us for hourly tours of our Olioteca (olive mill), live Italian music and shop for holiday décor. Sample fresh pasta and Parmigiano Reggiano from our vendor partners at Providore Fine Foods, locally roasted coffee from Flag & Wire Coffee and try olive oil chocolate truffles from Smitten Artisan Truffles.
