Master Your Holiday Table

Join owners/winemaker Scott and Lisa Neal of Coeur de Terre Vineyard as they kick-off the holiday season with a seated seminar that will give you the tips that pro chefs use when creating a perfectly paired food and wine dinner. Be the master of your holiday table and impress everyone with your knowledge of how wines and food work together. Chef Martin will prepare small bites to sample with perfectly paired wines and give tips and trick on how to prepare the dishes and why the wines work so well together. You will walk out with a full set of recipes and knowledge, along with the ability to purchase the featured wines to ensure your holiday meal is superb. The wine selection will include small production reserve wines and the debut of our 2014 Sparkling Dry Riesling.
