Oyster Fest / The HUB Building / Portland

Local Oregon Farmers, Wineries, Distillers and Brewers are coming together to celebrate their love of Oysters and all things that pair well with them. Representatives from Elk Cove, Chehalem, Roots, Argyle, and C&G Distributing will be on hand to sample their favorites. Oregon Oyster Farms, Hog Island Oyster Co, Hayes Oyster Farms, and Hama Hama Oyster Farms will have farmers on-site to answer questions and bring their product straight to you! Better yet, local breweries like Burnside Brewing, Lompoc, Lucky Lab, Oakshire and more have crafted brews especially for this event that pair well with oysters. This event benefits the Pacific Coast Shellfish Grower's Association.
