In 2022, Jim and Jan Bernau founded Domaine Willamette, a winery dedicated to crafting world-class méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines. Located in the Dundee Hills, the winery features 20-acre Bernau Estate Vineyard that is biodynamically farmed and Demeter-certified, growing Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
