Rickreall Redux

The newest addition to Cherry Hill Winery is not a newly released vintage of Pinot Noir or a fresh face to their winery team but rather a 1920s home in downtown Rickreall. Opened July of last year, the modest white house with a wrap-around deck is home to Cherry Hill's second tasting room.

Cherry Hill hopes that the Rickreall tasting room will become a hub for several wine-related businesses, including food, furniture and fashion. This summer, owners Mike and Jan Sweeney hope to complete the new tasting room's "U Bottle" Pinot Noir service, in which customers can take part in bottling their own wine.

The new tasting room, located at 200 Pacific Highway 99W, is open Thursday through Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m., year-round, excluding January. For more information, visit www.cherryhillwinery.com or call 503-623-7867.
