Walnut City Kitchen Opens

Community Plate’s owner, Scott Cunningham, and chef, Jesse Kincheloe, will open a new restaurant, Walnut City Kitchen, located at 2580 S.E. Stratus Avenue in McMinnville.

The restaurant will open daily for lunch and serve dinner Tuesday through Saturday. The menu will feature comfort food favorites inspired by local bounty. 

With minor renovations to the space, which formerly housed Black Bird Café, Walnut City Kitchen is slated to open December 2012.
