Winemaker's Dinner

Our annual winemaker dinner is always the highlight of the summer. Guests enjoy a five-course meal paired with our wines, overlooking the vineyard and views of the coast range. 

Appetizer: Lightly Blackened Wild Pacific Salmon on a Bed of Microgreens with Orange Black Pepper Gastrique
Paired with 2009 Brut

Soup: Chilled Cream of Asparagus Soup with Dungeness Crab and Crème Fraîche
Paired with 2010 Pinot Blanc

Salad: Fresh Heritage Tomatoes, Golden Roasted Beets, and Bocconcini on Heritage Greens with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Paired with 2011 Rosé of Pinot Noir 

Entrée: Medallions of Horseradish-Crusted Beef Tenderloin on a Crispy Chive and Yukon Gold Potato Cake with a Caramelized Sweet Onion Au Jus and Julienned Fresh Vegetable Provençal with Fresh Herb Butter
Paired with 2009 Rebecca's Reserve Pinot Noir and 2008 Merlot Walla Walla

Dessert: Strawberry Tiramisu
