Wine Production
Wine Production is a six-credit course offered by the Chemeketa Community College Wine Studies Program. This is an 11-week class, beginning September 14. Class meets 3:00 to 7:50 pm, Wednesdays, and 9:00 am-1:50 pm, Saturdays. For questions, please contact the instructor, Jessica Sandrock.
