Wine Education Class III - Willamette Valley AVA's
Wine Education Class III - Willamette Valley AVA's: This cl ass focuses on the Willamette Valley AVA (American Viticultural Area) an d the six smaller AVAs contained within. Learn about the distinguishing characteristics (soil, climate, geography) of each AVA and how these impact the wines grown there. We will taste Pinot Noirs from three diff erent AVAs and focus on identifying the typical aromas and flavors from each AVA.
The cost is $35 person with limited seating. All attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase the wines featured in the ta sting at 15% off regular price.
