Wine Basics Class

Are you just starting to learn about wine? Do you want to expand the knowledge you already have? Come to “Wine Basics”; A wine education class held at The Four Graces, taught by Mich Nelson and featuring the Four Graces wines.

Cost: $45 pp or $80 for 2 people

Class Overview • How to Taste Wine - The five steps to technical tasting using the aroma chart • How to identify acid and tannin • Basic Winemaking • How Winemaking Influences Style • How to Read a Label • Oregon AVAs

Optional picnic box lunch after the class for $15. 

Choose from: 1. Smoked Turkey & Fontina on Sourdough w/ Roasted Red Pepper & Basil Pesto Mayo; 2. Grilled Portabello Mushrooms on Ciabatta w/ Arugula, Tomato & Lemon Thyme Mayo; Comes with: Roasted Vegetable & Orzo Salad, Fresh Fruit, Fudge - Walnut Brownie. Lunch will be delivered to the winery at the end of class. Reservations required.
