Wine and Food Tasting

Start 2013 with a toast to our local Oregon fare. Taste the delectable current releases of The Four Graces’ award winning wines and sample local fare from Yamhill County’s abundant, local, speciality purveyors. Briar Rose Creamery, based in Dundee is providing fresh goats milk cheeses including Classic Chevre, Freya’s Wheel and beautiful creamy, chocolatey truffles. Sarah Marcus’ cheeses are fresh, clean and with great depth. They are a wonderful accompaniment to our wines.We also selected Gentile, Soprassata and Tartuffo salumis from Fino In Fondo in McMinnville to pair with individual wines from The Four Graces. These hand made and cured salumis are so flavorful and fun to savor with our Pinot gris, Pinot blanc and Pinot noirs. Taste also local hazelnuts from Dundee and baguettes freshly baked each morning and delivered from Red Fox Bakery in McMinnville.
