Our instructor, Chef Maxine Borcherding, is the Lead Chef Instructor at Oregon Culinary Institute and accomplished Sommelier, sp ecializing in French and Spanish wines.
Wine and Food Pairings Tue sday, October 20th at 7pm $45 A great food and wine pairing can be sublime. A bad pairing can be awful, and take pleasure away from both the wine and the food. In this workshop we will identify some basi c rules of pairing wine with food, and taste wines and foods in various combinations to illustrate why some pairings work and others fail.
