Wildstock Wines Release Party and Seafood Celebration
Our unoaked Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are perfect for an array of seafood dishes, as is our bright and lively Wildstock Pinot Noir.
We’ll host this event in our winery, across the street from the tasting room, and set up several different seafood stations. Our friends at Northwest Fresh Seafood will be shucking oysters and Pura Vida will feature Snapper Ceviche and Tostada de Atun, (Albacore tuna with allepo pepper, saffron aioli, and fava bean-avocado puree).
We’ll also pour our 2012 and 2013 Scott Paul La Paulée Pinot Noirs with a Smoked Salmon Mousse in the tasting room.
Complimentary for Scott Paul Club, Wildstock Sampler Club and Wildstock Pinot Noir Case Club members. $20 for non-members, but refundable with a case purchase of Wildstock Wines or by joining one of our wine clubs.
