This Champagne dinner will be one of the largest spectrums of Veuve Clicquot's elite bottling in Oregon. This dinner will be led by Delphine, allowing her to speak to the history of the Veuve Clicquot Maison, the difficulties and complexities to champagne and wine making, and the unique vintage and vineyard expressions as expressed in the 2004 bottling..
