Veterans' Legacies Benefit
Stoller Family Estate is proud to host the Historical Outreach Foundation’s third annual Veterans’ Legacies Benefit on Sunday, November 9, from 5 to 8 pm at the Stoller tasting room. The event will host veterans from World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. The Veterans’ Legacies Project is dedicated to preserving and sharing the individual legacy of each veteran through a national database of photographs, documents and stories. Admission is $50 per person. Tickets can be purchased on the Historical Outreach Foundation website. All ticket proceeds and donations will go to support the Veterans’ Legacies Project.
Honored war veteran guests will include: Leonard DeWitt, World War II veteran and Distinguished Service Cross recipient; Cameron Smith, Director of the Oregon Department of Veteran Affairs; and Ed Johann, World War II veteran and the longest living Pearl Harbor survivor. Former Governor of Oregon, Ted Kulongoski will also be attending.
The benefit will also include a silent auction featuring exclusive packages from Oregon wine country, the Portland Timbers and some of the Willamette Valley’s most celebrated wineries. Guests will enjoy Stoller Family Estate wines and hors d’oeuvres.
