Trick of Treat Street
For many years, First Street in downtown Newberg has transformed into Trick or Treat Street with merchan ts handing out treats to costume-clad children. In 2010, the Coalition coordinated the event which attracted thousands of kids and parents for the largest downtown event of the year.
