Raptor Ridge Winery invites you to celebrate a Hot August Night! In the spirit of the evening, we are featuring an evening accompanied by the musical styling of Neil Diamond! 40 years since the release of Hot August Night! To mark the occasion, Raptor Ridge is offering a specially selected flight of our single vineyard wines, paired with a few fantastic bites prepared by Raptor Ridge Chef and owner of The Side Yard Farm, Stacey Givens. Stacey and Raptor Ridge sommelier Tom Champine creatively pair these wines to über local bites, many grown directly in Stacey’s urban farm. Take in the evening air, smooth sounds of Mr. Diamond and observe dusk from the tremendous “Flight Deck” in the Chehalem Mts, and meet other Food and Wine loving fans. As a bonus, each guest will take home a new recipe and a bit of wine pairing wisdom! Fee: $15, $10 for Club Members.
