The Summer Sommelier Series
Drink Like a Pro
Explore the steps of wine evaluation and learn to identify aromas and flavors in wine. We will smell fruits and berries, pie spices, and more. We will then see if we can identify these same flavors and smells in the wines we’ll sample. You’ll also become familiar with the University Of Davis, CA wine education Aroma Wheel.
Kim Oshiro is a Certified Sommelier with The Court of Master Sommeliers and is the Direct Sales Manager at ROCO. She leads a tasting group for professional sommeliers in Portland and loves to share her knowledge and passion for wine.
Class Fee: $30 per person - $20 for wine club members
