Reustle -Special Limited Production Release -2014 Dolium with li ve music.
Come join us as we release our 2014 Riesling "Dolium." We w ill be tasting "Dolium." This unique word is in reference to ancient Rom an ovoid vessels called dolia. These earthenware vessels were used to st ore liquid, including wine. Our "Dolium" came to life in our concrete e gg-shaped vessel, where it was fermented and aged. This technique adds an interesting depth and great mouth-feel to the wine.
Our Lim ited Production release party will include specialty appetizers and live music beginning at 1:00 PM, providing music through closing at 5:00PM.
