Night on the Town.....Just Because!
"Bringing Together Wine and Food and Making it Magical."
Maggie Crawford, Owner of Grand Vines in Salem is our guest for the evening. She will be speaking about pairing wine with food and teaching us the basics in a fun and relaxed setting. She has chosen foods for the evening that are classically difficult to pair with wine....Italian food. Tomato sauces, marnited items and a lemon dessert. Each with specific challenges to pairing with wine. You will come away with a greater understanding of how to make your mouth explode with enjoyment.
Maggie has built here domestic and international wine knowledge for over 2 decades and will be sharing not only that but some insight into using locally produced foods and the Old World Culture as it relates to food and wine.
