Mother's Day Weekend Gourmet Lunch & Wine @ VX Vineyard

Gourmet Lunch and Wine Tasting -- Saturday, May 9th, from Noon to 3pm.

Treat Mom (or treat yourself and friends!) to a delicio us pre-Mother’s Day gourmet lunch in the relaxing setting of VX Vineyard , while enjoying our award-winning wines. The lunch will be prepared by Chef Maxine Borcherding, Lead Chef Instructor at Oregon Culinary Insti tute and promises to be a culinary wine tasting delight. The menu was cr eated specifically to pair with VX wines and Chef Borcherding will be on hand throughout the day to talk about pairing wine with food.

Event hours: Come anytime between Noon and 3pm to partake in the lunch.

Roasted asparagus with the lemon dill cape r aioli
Cassoulet (2 versions- 1 with Pork and 1 vegetarian with mushr ooms)
Spinach salad with strawberries, chevre and lavender

Lemon cheesecake bites and vegan chocolate mousse cups with cherries
