Mediterranean Foods Class (gluten free / paleo)
An Afternoon of Raw Foods & Optional Wine Pairing ($5 extra for wine tasting). Join Betty to create a Raw & Gluten Free Foods in the Winery Kitchen, then dine outside on the gorgeous patio (weather permitting, inside dining available if raining). Sunday, April 28th, Noon to 2pm. Together we will make: Dolmas - Pressed Garlic & Fresh Mint Pate filled Grape leaves; Chilled Cucumber Gazpacho; Easy Cheezy Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip; Creamy Alfredo Sauce over Raw Pasta; Brazil Nut Parmesan; Ice Box Carrot Cake topped with a Rich Cream Cheeze Frosting. Fee: $40
