Identifying & Managing Common Cellar Concerns / UCC / Roseburg
The Southern Oregon Wine Institute at Umpqua Community College, together with ETS Laboratories, Scott Laboratories, and Oregon State University Extension Service, will present a technical symposium on March 13, 14, and 15. Topics will focus on techniques for monitoring and identifying potential cellar problems in order to maximize wine quality wine in the cellar. The seminar will be given at three separate locations in the Rogue Valley, Umpqua Valley, and Southern Willamette regions.
