Harvest Pig Roast and Bricco Red Release
Come celebrate the bounty of the 2016 harvest as our 2013 vintage Bricco Red takes center stage alongside the porcine delicacies of Proletariat Butchery. This newly released crowd favorite will be poured vertically next to the 2009, 2010 and 2012 vintages. You’ll have a chance to tour the cellar and engulf yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of our small-lot fermentations. The afternoon will culminate with a buffet of roasted pig and selected sides paired with a glass of 2013 Bricco Red.
3 – 5 pm: Cellar Tours & Vertical Bricco Red Tasting
5 – 6:30 pm: Harvest Buffet
Includes roasted pig, potato salad, baked beans, rolls, fruit, & brownies
Admission is $40* ($35* for Club Members) and includes the vertical Bricco Red flight, a ticket for the buffet & a glass of the 2013 Bricco Red.
