Guest Winemaker: Tim Malone, Timothy Malone Wines
Our Second Saturday "homeless" guest winemaker is Tim Malone of Timothy Malone Wines. He's well known for minimalistic winemaking practices that result in authentic and unique wines reflective of the soil and vintage. Some of these practices include sourcing fruit from only non-irrigated vineyards, spontaneous fermentation & extended barrel aging allowing us to bottle without the need for filtration.Tasting includes both Malone and Anam Cara wines.
Fee: $15, waived with 2-bottle purchase
