Gather & Taste: A Mark Bittman Benefit Dinner for the James Beard Public Market
The James Beard Public Market will host Gather & Taste, a benefit dinner for the Market that will showcase the culinary prowess of Greg Higgins, a James Beard award-winning chef and chef-owner of Higgins Restaurant & Bar, as he creates a family-style feast inspired by award-winning New York Times columnist and cookbook author Mark Bittman. Each course will incorporate seasonal Oregon bounty and will be paired with a carefully selected regional wine. The event will also include musical guests and a charity auction for attendees to participate in.
