On Saturday, April 18th, be prepared for big changes at Flavors of Carlton 2015!
The evening begins inside the barrel room of Ken Wright Cellars. Enjoy a silent auction, tasty ho rs d’oeuvres, delicious wine, and fabulous beer selections.
In the Big Tent, dinner will feature 10 top chefs from the region, pre sent at individual stations, serving fabulous small plates. These food offerings will be paired with 20 of the top wineries in Oregon, includ ing Soter, Elk Cove and Argyle along with beer from Carlton’s Fire Moun tain Brewery.
The climax of the evening will be a high-energy live auction with your chance to bid on selections of rare and distincti ve wine, original art, spectacular travel packages, one-of-a-kind ite ms and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
